Keep and Reskill them when you're in the respective Tier and treat them as temporary Reskills once you've reached exactly one Tier above and throw them away if you're any higher. Look at the Writer's Notes to see what Tier the skill places in.

IE Philonoe's Charming Voice is T1, so Keep during Early Game, use to Reskill during MidGame and Throw at Late Game.

There IS a debate on whether Wizards do more Damage than Angels and since there are many obvious reasons why one would build Archery Damage over Wizardry Damage and because of the sheer luck based upon the Wizardry Strategy and the immense boosts that you can get on a Archery Commander, Archery wins! But in the end, it comes down to whether you want to Brute Force your way through Titans, attack someone with a 2 Phase Battle Plan (Wizards destroy Titans first then Main Forces come) OR if you're predicting an enemy Commander with Magical Defense for Titans as a skill/feature (Send in Archery Units since they wouldn't expect it).
